For women navigating spiritual awakening who want grounding, clarity, and a steady path forward — without pressure, performance, or spiritual noise.
This isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about remembering what’s already been there.
Something has shifted — and it may not fit neatly into words yet.
You might feel more sensitive, more aware, more questioning.
Old patterns no longer sit comfortably.
You’re drawn to meaning, signs, or stillness — while also wanting to stay grounded and functional in everyday life.
You’re not broken.
And you’re not alone.
Awakening doesn’t always arrive as a lightning bolt.
Often, it unfolds quietly — through the body, the heart, and the subtle recognition that life is asking something new of you.
This space exists to help you make sense of that unfolding — gently, safely, and at your own pace.
The Awakened Journey Collective is a private, grounded space for women walking a spiritual awakening — together.
It’s a place to slow down, integrate what’s unfolding, and build a shared language for experiences that are often difficult to explain elsewhere.
Inside the Collective, you’ll find:
A supportive, intentionally held community
Guided tools for reflection, grounding, and integration
Shared stories, prompts, and practices that help you trust your own inner knowing

This isn’t about fixing yourself or striving toward enlightenment.
It’s about learning how to live with your awakening — in a way that feels stable, embodied, and true.
You don’t need to have answers.
You don’t need to be “spiritual enough.”
You simply need a willingness to listen to what’s already stirring within you.
and like many women who find their way here, I didn’t set out to have a spiritual awakening.
Mine unfolded after a life-altering health crisis that quietly rearranged how I relate to my body, my inner world, and life itself. In the months that followed, I experienced a deep shift in perception — alongside confusion, heightened sensitivity, and a longing for grounding rather than answers.
What I couldn’t find was a space that honoured both the reality of awakening and the need for stability, integration, and everyday functioning.
So I began creating the tools I wished had existed — a journal to make sense of the inner changes, meditations to regulate the nervous system, and a gentle framework for recognising signs without losing one’s footing.
Awakened Journey grew from that place.
Not as a method to follow — but as a space to return to yourself, slowly and safely.
I don’t believe awakening needs to be rushed, explained away, or performed.
I believe it needs to be held.
